I've heard people complain of places like Starbucks that don't fill your cup to the rim because they leave room for you to add cream. Well, why do they do that at Tim Hortons when they already put in the cream and sugar for you?! Give me my extra half-inch's worth of coffee, thank you very much. Especially after I stood there for 7 minutes, as two people at the counter move in slow motion to grab donuts.

Seriously, when all you have is two items - pastries and drinks - why does it take so damn long to grab it? When every customer is essentially the same thing - "I'll have a donut and a coffee." or some variation of it. Doesn't matter. It's still coffee and still donuts. Grab, pour, DONE.

Sorry, I'm in a foul mood. Must be pmsing.
