Every time I buy something at Best Buy, I'm completely dumbfounded as to why they have someone checking receipts before you exit. I can kind of understand doing that at a place like Costco, where it's huge and where the checkout registers are quite a distance from the exit, and there's a constant high volume traffic going in and out. But at Best Buy, the guy checking receipts is standing about 20 feet from the registers and can see you walk up to the register, pay for your stuff, and then walk towards him.

Let's see, in that 20 foot distance, as he's looking directly at you, you could have had plenty of time to throw some other unpaid goods into your bag, right? Um, yeah, whatEVER!! What assclown came up with that stroke of genius? And I hate that I have to actually pull out my receipt from my bag to show this person proof of my purchase. I just want to yell at the guy, dude - you SAW me just pay for that! Wtf?!! Honestly, it makes no sense. But they clearly have the money to pay these people for pointless jobs. DUMB.
